At Mimoods Knits we pride ourselves upon your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please notify us of your intentions to return the item by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The articles should then be sent back to us within 14 days upon delivery. The articles must be returned unworn and in original condition with garment tags.

Please consider that our accessories are made only in small editions and we would be grateful if you do not purchase multiple sizes to try on. If you do purchase an item that is the wrong size and you would like to exchange it, we will cover the shipment of sending you the right size. If you would like to exchange an order more than once you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Goods are returned to Mimoods Knits at your own cost. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.
The returned articles will be exchanged and sent back to you within 5 working days upon delivery to us or these will be credited as a refund (including paid shipping costs) to your credit card or bank account within 7 days (depending on the payment method you used).
